Maid of Honor

Emma Chase, the maid of honor, is Abbey's roommate of over 5 years now. After randomly being assigned to the same hall of their freshman dorm at Lee University, she and Abbey quickly bonded over their shared love for late-night food runs, strategic board games, and doing things for the plot. Emma is a senior actuarial assistant at Unum, and, when she's not goofing off with Abbey or studying for an exam, she loves rock-climbing, journaling, and trying new crafts. She can't wait to celebrate Abbey and Justin with you!

Rachel Currey is Abbey’s cousin, though Abbey has always felt like a sister she never had. From always wearing matching outfits as kids, to spending our childhood summers together watching movies and playing Lego Batman all night, we always have the best time together.

Rachel loves to spend time outside gardening, walking her dog Maverick at the park, and baking. She is an adventurous spirit who loves to travel the world. Rachel is honored to stand by Abbey’s side on her and Justin’s big day.

Meet Camille, one of Abbeys closest friends and proud bridesmaid. Camille and Abbey first met at a Halloween singles mixer, quickly bonding over just how terrible the event was. What started as shared misery turned into hours of conversation about their hobbies, their love of reading, and all the things they had in common. After one hangout, it didn’t take long for their friendship to grow into something truly special. From then on they were inseparable, always laughing and making unforgettable memories together. They were soon lucky enough to welcome Abbey’s fiancé, Justin, into the mix, bonding over “goofy” matching pj’s (if you know, you know). These days, Camille is even lucky enough to call Abbey her roommate. She works at a family office and spends her free time reading, and enjoying life with her friends, family, and her families many beloved pets. Camille feels incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful friend group and couldn’t ask for better friends than Abbey and Justin. Being part of their journey from the very beginning, is something she cherishes deeply, and she is so honored to stand by their side as they begin this next chapter. She can’t wait to offer her unwavering support and celebrate their love, and all the happiness that lies ahead.

Alison and Abbey have been friends since their freshmen year of college, where they immediately bonded in their intro to statistics class. Luckily enough, Abbey is a genius and helped coach Alison throughout this class (and eventually Andrew, who they convinced to be their bestie once he realized how cool they were). They were fortunate enough to have lived together the last two years of college, which were the best two years ever. They had many good memories in college including late night pizza and cookout runs, long chats about personality tests, and staying up late watching Disney and RomCom movies. Alison is an elementary school teacher and when she’s not at school, she enjoys hanging out with her husband Brett and doing youth ministry with him at their church. She is SO excited for Abbey and Justin and is honored to be able to stand by Abbey on such an important day!!

I was blessed with the friendship of Abbey Swanner more years ago than I can count. Abbey and I share wonderful memories of family vacations together, creating dances and songs inspired by swimming in the rain and bringing home the pizza(you had to be there LOL), and eating bowls of brownie batter in Dee Dee and Ronalds kitchen. I feel so lucky to be a part of this day! I am a licensed cosmetologist and I spend my days being an uncertified therapist. When not doing that I love enjoying the sunshine, being with people I love, and am a serial new-hobby-starter hehe. I cannot wait to enjoy this time of planning and celebrating the lovely couple!!

Audrey and Abbey met in middle school, but their friendship really began to materialize in high school. They reconnected some time after high school and became incredibly close, and have held this bond since.

Not only has Abbey blessed Audrey with such a precious friendship-she has given her the gift of a beautiful, tight-knit group of girl friends, all of whom she met through Abbey.

Audrey loves to challenge and push herself outside of her comfort zone. In search for adventure and adrenaline, she joined active duty in the United States Marine Corps.

When Audrey is with her friends, she'll do just about anything and have a blast while doing it. She firmly believes that the company you keep makes all the difference, regardless of activity. Lucky for Audrey, she's got the best company in existence!

Audrey is extremely grateful for Abbey and Justin to have found a perfect match in one another, and so honored to be a part of such a significant time in their lives together. It has been a privilege to see their relationship grow into what it is today, and she cannot wait to see how they continue to develop through the years to come.

Alex Boggs has been Abbey’s friend ever since Emma introduced them in college. From the first time they met and played board games, it’s been an instant friendship. Abbey and Alex especially love watching March Madness and screaming at the players together. Alex loves spending time with her friends, family, and her two big dogs, Shep and Shelley. When she’s not spending time with loved ones, Alex can be found in the kitchen cooking and baking or with her nose stuck in the latest romance novel. Alex is honored to be by Abbey’s side on the first day of her and Justin’s happily ever after.

I have been lucky enough to be friends with Abbey for as long as I can remember, and I am so thankful for all of the memories we have shared over the years. Some of my favorites are playing countless games of Clue, eating chocolate chip pancakes with Dr Pepper, and spending hours watching movies and TV shows together, especially Cutthroat Kitchen. I am entering my final year at the University of Tennessee, and in my free time I enjoy swimming, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. Abbey is one of the smartest people I know, and I have always admired how kind and thoughtful she is. I am so excited to stand by her side on such a special day and celebrate the beginning of this new chapter with her and Justin. I cannot wait to celebrate the amazing couple they are and all that is ahead for them!
